**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Retina Surgeon to join our team in the vibrant Baltimore area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment and make a significant impact in the lives of our patients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform retina surgeries exclusively on Mondays, ensuring the highest quality of care and precision.
- Conduct clinic consultations and follow-up appointments for patients on the remaining 3-4 days per week.
- Provide comprehensive care for patients aged 60 years and older, with a focus on retinal conditions.
- Participate in resident training, sharing expertise and knowledge with the next generation of ophthalmologists.
**Requirements:**
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency program in ophthalmology.
- Fellowship training in retina surgery or 2 or more years experience
- Board certification or eligibility in ophthalmology.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in retina surgeries.
- Commitment to excellence in patient care and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eligibility for licensure in the state of Maryland.
