Ophthalmologist opening in west central VT - employed; busy practice!

Seeking a BE/BC Ophthalmologist to join employed practice that is dynamic and collaborative, with potential for leadership role as a Medical Director.


Details:

• Join very busy hospital-employed practice, with additional ophthalmologist and optometrist, and a wonderful support team of Certified Ophthalmic Assistants
• Competitive based salary with the ability to earn productivity incentive
• Call is 1:4 with minimal call burden
• Assigned OR blocks in a state-of-the-art procedure center to accommodate high volume surgery

• Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
• Paid Malpractice - RRMC provides professional liability insurance coverage for Physician, with coverage limits in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, RRMC agrees pays the appropriate reporting endorsement, also known as “tail coverage”
• CME time and expense allowance of $6000 per fiscal year
• Signing bonus
• Relocation expenses
• Educational loan repayment and PSLF eligible employer
• Salary well over the 50th percentile of MGMA
