**Ophthalmology Opening Near Boston, MA** Located in Burlington, MA - Boston 17m * Seeking a board certified or eligible general ophthalmologist with excellent surgical and clinical skills. * The successful candidate will be expected to take part in resident teaching and collaborate with colleagues on clinical, academic, and administrative projects. * Research interests are welcomed and supported, though not a requirement for this position. * Competitive pay and benefits, including health programs, wellness incentives and retirement accounts. * Benefits that make life easier for you and your family, including generous paid time off, discount programs and free parking. The successful applicant will join a dynamic ophthalmology service with 16 comprehensive and subspecialty ophthalmologists and 8 optometrists. We are a teaching hospital, and our MDs qualify for academic appointments. The Ophthalmology division has four modern and fully equipped offices (Burlington, Peabody, Arlington, Lynnfield, MA) and a state-of-the-art surgical facility in the Peabody hospital. Our operating rooms are equipped with LenSx, Centurion phacoemulsification machines, Zeiss Lumera microscopes, ORA system, ECP, and MicroPulse laser unit. In our clinics, we have lasers (Argon, SLT, Nd:YAG) and updated, new diagnostic testing-- OCTs, Optos, Visual fields, ERGs. We offer anterior segment OCT imaging and dry eye management and treatment technologies, LipiScan, LipiView and IPL.
