Radiation Oncologist needed in the foothills of Great Smokey Mountains!
Medical Center seeks BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join well-established, private practice providing radiation oncology services.
•Join group of two radiation oncologists working with the Radiation Oncology departments
•Salary to partnership opportunity or employment only opportunity
•Practice has been in the community for over 15 years
•Practice is adding a new linear accelerator and the expected completion will be next month.
•Little to no call coverage
•Office space is available
•Equipment is in place
Knoxville, TN is in the beautiful foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and is home to the main campus of the University of Tennessee, with Division I sports and strong academic programs. Knoxville, with a metropolitan population of about 600,000 offers extensive water sports and hiking. A wonderful symphony orchestra and art museum provide great additions to what Knoxville has to offer. Affordable cost of living, with no state income tax. Our area has excellent private and public schools.
The practice will be able to provide details about their employment package. In addition, the hospital will provide financial assistance which may include:
•Commencement and/or sign-on bonus
•Possible stipend for the remainder of training
