-Radiation Oncologist needed to cover June 3-4 and June 19-21 and June 24 shifts. Shifts are 9 hours.
-Practice environment is a hospital-owned outpatient practice with office located in the new Cancer Center which opened in January 2017. This is a state-of-the art facility which includes an Elekta Infinity with Agility MLC and Robotic couch; IMRT; VMAT; SBRT and Raystation treatment planning.
-Services in the Cancer Center include an infusion center, radiation oncology, general surgeons, hematology & medical oncologists, surgical breast oncologist, cancer registry, cancer navigator, clinical trials program, lung nodule clinic, and survivorship program
-Required is NC Medical License, Board Certification in Radiation Oncology, NC Radioactive materials license (proof of), and two full days Epic training to be completed on a Wednesday and Thursday prior to the shifts.
