- Coverage Dates Needed for 2026:
- November 23-25, 2026
- December 21-24, 2026
- December 28-31, 2026
- Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Radiation Oncology.
- Patient Volume: Approximately 25-30 patients actively under treatment per day.
- EMR/Charting System: EPIC.
- Requirements: Board Certified, Active Illinois license, DEA, CSR, BLS, 1 year experience minimum
