Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 1 week of coverage per month.

• Active Illinois medical license

• Illinois license required to apply

• IMLC candidates not accepted

• DEA required

• CSR required

• BLS

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• Patient evaluations and consultations

• Treatment simulation and dosimetry planning

• Radiation therapy treatment prescriptions

• Weekly on-treatment visits and patient assessments

• Post-treatment follow-up

• Review of daily imaging to verify patient alignment and treatment accuracy

• On-site supervision for required treatment procedures and compliance

• SRS treatment review and oversight

• Follow-up visits and consultations

• Approximately 25–30 patients under treatment per day

• External beam radiation therapy

• On-treatment visits (OTVs)

• Follow-up visits and consultations

• SRS oversight
