- Shift: Day shift, 8-hour days (08:00 - 16:00)
- Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 2 weeks per month
- Hours per Week: 40
- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible; West Virginia license; BLS, ACLS, NRP required
- Experience: Prior radiation oncology experience preferred
- Hourly Rate: $331.50

- Provide radiation oncology treatments to adult cancer patients at a specialized cancer center
- Support staff including rad techs, advanced practice providers, and nurses
- Manage daily patient consultations, typically 3 new consults per day
- Oversee radiation treatments for approximately 18-25 patients every Tuesday
- Use HDR procedures and operate advanced imaging/radiation equipment
- Ensure accurate patient assessments and treatment planning
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional cancer care
Required:
- Board Certification in Radiation Oncology
- West Virginia medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience with HDR procedures
Preferred:
- Experience in a hospital-based radiation oncology setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
