### Locums | Radiation Oncology | Cape Girardeau, MO (Active MO License) ### Why This Role

  • Full-time, five-day-per-week schedule
  • Outpatient-only practice with no call
  • Long-term coverage through June 2027
  • Rapid 30-day credentialing
  • Epic EMR ###
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP following credentialing Current Authorization: Through June 30, 2027 Schedule: Full-time, five days per week Setting: Outpatient Radiation Oncology Call: None Admissions: None EMR: Epic Credentialing: Approximately 30 days Temporary Privileges: Unavailable Multiple Physicians: May be considered ### Requirements Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist Active Missouri medical license Current ATLS and BLS Current outpatient Radiation Oncology competency Ability to provide full-time weekday coverage Experience with treatment planning and modern radiation techniques preferred ### Clinical Details Evaluate new Radiation Oncology consultations Develop and oversee radiation-treatment plans Perform simulations and treatment-management visits Provide external-beam radiation therapy IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, and VMAT experience preferred Brachytherapy experience preferred Perform conventional, conformal, and 3D treatment planning Review PET/CT and MRI image fusion Coordinate care with Oncology providers and treatment staff No call, admissions, APP supervision, or teaching responsibilities
