Part-time Radiation Oncology opening in Findlay, OH A physician-led comprehensive cancer care program in Northwest Ohio is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Radiation Oncologist to join its collaborative outpatient oncology team. This part-time opportunity offers a flexible schedule, advanced radiation technology, and a strong multidisciplinary environment focused on high-quality patient care. * Flexible schedule: 1–2 days per week * 100% outpatient practice * Highly competitive compensation * Physician-led cancer care program * Advanced radiation oncology technology * Collaborative multidisciplinary oncology environment * Affiliation with a nationally recognized care network Key Responsibilities * Provide outpatient radiation oncology consultations * Develop treatment plans and oversee radiation therapy delivery * Conduct follow-up care for oncology patients * Collaborate with radiation therapists, physicists, dosimetrists, and oncology staff * Utilize advanced planning and workflow systems for patient care management * Maintain continuity of care within a comprehensive cancer center * Deliver safe, precise radiation therapy in a patient-centered setting Technology & Clinical Resources * TrueBeam linear accelerators with HyperArc technology * Siemens CT Simulator * ARIA and Eclipse treatment planning systems * Cerner EMR platform * Sun Nuclear and Radformation support tools Practice Environment * Average patient volume: 20–30 patients per day * Minimal office-based call responsibilities * No hospital call specified * No weekend requirements specified * Autonomy-driven, single-site practice setting Compensation * $3,200 per day * Equivalent to approximately $400/hour Requirements * Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Radiation Oncology * Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain * Flexible availability for 1–2 days per week * DEA required prior to start * Clean malpractice and background history required * Current NPDB Self-Query report required * Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and collaborative practice style Findlay, OH * Located in Northwest Ohio with convenient access to: Toledo, Columbus, Cleveland, and Detroit * The community offers: * Low congestion and strong quality of life * Established local employers * Supportive community infrastructure * Affordable mid-sized city living
