This role supports a radiation oncology service providing advanced oncologic treatment within a comprehensive cancer program. The position functions as part of a multidisciplinary team and includes access to modern treatment technologies, established referral pathways, and system-wide oncology resources.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Radiation Oncology.
• Residency training in Radiation Oncology.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky.
• Clinical background in radiation treatment planning and delivery.
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary oncology environment.

COMPETENCIES
• Skill in delivering a broad range of radiation therapy modalities.
• Ability to collaborate with oncology physicians, surgeons, and clinical support teams.
• Capacity to manage outpatient radiation oncology care with limited call duties.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary partners.
• Commitment to evidence-based oncologic treatment.

• Outpatient clinics providing longitudinal oncologic management.
• Access to advanced imaging tools and industry-standard EMR systems.
• Clinical support teams including navigators, research staff, and allied health professionals.
