Opportunity:

DO;MD - Radiation Oncology

Job Details:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient radiation oncology coverage
  
• Conduct patient evaluations and consultations
  
• Perform treatment simulation and dosimetry planning
  
• Write radiation therapy treatment prescriptions
  
• Conduct weekly on-treatment visits and patient assessments
  
• Perform post-treatment follow-up care
  
• Review daily imaging to verify patient alignment and treatment accuracy
  
• Provide on-site supervision for required treatment procedures and compliance
  
• Oversee SRS treatment review and follow-up visits
  
• Manage approximately 25-30 patients under treatment per day
  
• Handle external beam radiation therapy, on-treatment visits (OTVs), follow-up visits, consultations, and SRS oversight
  
• Must commit to a minimum of 1 week of coverage per month
  
• Must hold an active Illinois license
