We are seeking a Locum Radiation Oncology Physician to provide short-term coverage in Potsdam, New York. This is a great opportunity for a board-eligible radiation oncologist to join a supportive oncology team in a clinic-based setting while covering a physician’s scheduled vacation. The role offers a flexible 3-day schedule, no call requirements, and a collaborative care environment focused on high-quality cancer treatment.

Job Responsibilities
🩺 Evaluate patients and diagnose various types of cancer
📋 Develop and implement personalized radiation therapy treatment plans
⚡ Administer and oversee radiation therapy procedures
📊 Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
🤝 Collaborate with oncology staff including NPs and nursing team
📝 Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
Qualifications
✔ Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
✔ Active New York State Medical License
✔ Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience
✔ BLS and ACLS certifications required
✔ Experience with Epic EMR
Working Hours
🕒 3-day coverage during the week of May 18
⏰ Day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
