• Location: Lima, OH (Coverage also includes Celina, OH)

• Setting: Outpatient & Free-Standing Cancer Centers

• Coverage Dates: June 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Call: None (covered by permanent providers)

• Reason for Coverage: Physician Retirement

• 1 Radiation Oncologist onsite

• 1 APP providing support

• Adult patient population

• Level II Trauma hospital affiliation

• EMR Systems: Mosaiq & Epic

📊 Patient Volume

• Outpatient: ~20 patients per day

• Inpatient: ~1 patient per day

🎯 Required Procedures & Expertise

• Conventional Radiotherapy

• 3D Radiotherapy

• MRT

• External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT)

• Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)

• Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)

• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Core Responsibilities

• Order imaging and diagnostic tests

• Prescribe and manage radiation treatment plans

• Provide comprehensive outpatient-based oncology care
