- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 8-hour days, 4 days a week
- Worksite Setting: Hospital
- Scope of Work: 5-10 patients per day, SRS, SBRT, Hyperarc. 90% of the volume is Osteoarthritis
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, VA license

- Pay Rate Preferred: $2500/daily
