- Work Dates Needed: Apr - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430)
- Avg 7 shifts of coverage needed per month
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work: Full spectrum oncology care
- Mix of treatment for radiation/oncology patients and follow ups
- Solo coverage
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, IMLC not accepted, BC, DEA, CSR, ACLS, min 1 year experience required
- EMR: Epic
