Locum - Physician - Radiation Oncology in Lima, OH

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care and treatment for adult patients in both outpatient and hospital-based settings.
- Perform required procedures including Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT).
- Order tests and imaging studies as needed.
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans based on patient assessments and evaluations.
- Collaborate with other radiation oncologists and support staff to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation using the EMR systems Mosaiq and Epic.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology (required).
- Current Ohio state medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Radiation Oncology - required.
- Ohio medical license (with willingness to obtain an OH license accepted) - required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - required.
