- Other details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 15 patients per shift. We are seeking a provider to care for patients while our community provider is on leave. The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the provider responsible for maintaining continuity of care, managing patient needs, and ensuring smooth operations during this period.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage patient needs and ensure continuity of care.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinic operations.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in similar care settings preferred.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently manage patient care.
* Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Working Hours
* Full-time coverage during the provider’s leave.
Skills
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to work effectively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
