Job Responsibilities
* Cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed
* Assess and develop treatment plans for cancer patients
* Administer radiation therapy and monitor patient progress
* Collaborate with oncology team and other specialists
* Maintain accurate patient records using Athena and Cerner EMR
* Ensure high-quality patient care in accordance with best practices
Qualifications
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Radiation Oncology
* Active California state medical license
* Must meet credentialing requirements within 30-60 days
* Experience in outpatient radiation oncology preferred
Working Hours
* Beeper call coverage as needed
* Ongoing coverage required, starting ASAP
Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to develop and execute radiation treatment plans
* Attention to detail and thoroughness in patient care
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
