☢️ Locum Radiation Oncology Opportunity – Muskegon, MI ☢️

We are seeking Board Certified / Board Eligible Radiation Oncologists for a full-time, ongoing locum opportunity in Muskegon, Michigan. This is a high-demand role with consistent weekday hours, shared call, and strong clinical support.

📍 Location: Muskegon, MI
👨‍⚕️ Providers Needed: 2
📅 Start Date: February 2026 (coverage needed weekly)
⏳ Credentialing: Medical staff by start date | Payer enrollment ~120 days

🕒 Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Full-time ongoing coverage
• Shared 24-hour call
• Call ratio: 1:2

🏥 Practice Details:
• Free-standing cancer center
• Adult & hospital-based patient population
• Average outpatient volume: 10–15 patients/day
• Inpatient volume: 0
• 2 Radiation Oncologists on site
• 1 NP supporting the clinic
• EMR: Aria & Epic

🛠️ Required Procedures:
• Conventional & 3D Radiotherapy
• IMRT / IGRT
• External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IMRT)
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery
• SBRT
• Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

📋 Duties:
• Consults and on-treatment visits
• Minor procedures
• Daily clinical operations
• Orders tests, imaging, and prescriptions

✅ Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
• Michigan license or IMLC/LOQ
• BLS certification
• Must be available for full-time ongoing coverage

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly rate cap: $310/hr
• Orientation paid
• Holiday & overtime rates available
• Night call (minimum 2 hours gratis) 🌙
• 24-hour call (minimum 4 hours gratis)
• Travel covered ✈️

– Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
