Singing River Health System is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join our established and growing oncology program along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The Radiation Oncologist will evaluate patients with cancer, develop individualized radiation treatment plans, and deliver advanced radiation therapy while working closely with a multidisciplinary team of medical oncologists, surgeons, physicists, dosimetrists, radiation therapists, and oncology nurses.
Position Details:
Evaluate oncology patients and develop personalized radiation treatment plans; administer and oversee radiation therapy treatments; collaborate with medical oncology, surgical oncology, and subspecialty teams; participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case discussions; ensure compliance with radiation safety standards, quality assurance, and regulatory guidelines; educate patients and families regarding treatment options and expected outcomes; utilize advanced radiation therapy techniques including IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS; deliver treatments using Varian TrueBeam technology; participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.

Position Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology; eligible for medical licensure in the State of Mississippi; strong clinical expertise in radiation therapy planning and delivery; experience with IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and SRS; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; commitment to patient-centered, team-based care; experience with EMR systems preferred.
