Required Skills
- Valid radiation therapy license or certification (RTT)
- Proven experience with high-tech radiation treatment equipment, such as Varian TrueBeam, Elekta-Nucletron HDR, or Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator
- Strong knowledge of radiation oncology principles and procedures
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with patients and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with electronic medical records systems such as EPIC and ARIA
- Prior work in accredited oncology or hospital settings
- Familiarity with research protocols and clinical trials in oncology
- Certifications in OCN or related fields
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiation Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in radiation oncology clinical practice
- Prior experience working in an ACR, ACoS, or HFAP-accredited facility is advantageous
Other Requirements
- Ability to adapt to a fully digital, paperless work environment
- Willingness to adhere to all safety and regulatory standards
- Possession of or eligibility for licensure and certification in radiation therapy
- Flexibility to work 3-4 days per week during assigned schedule
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for professional development or meetings if required
