Assignment Overview
- Start Date: ASAP

- Practice Setting: Hospital-based Radiation Oncology Center
- Trauma Level: II
- EMR: Cerner
- Patient Volume: ~20 patients/day
- Multiple Providers Accepted: Yes (week-at-a-time coverage allowed)
- On-Site Coverage: Full-time
- Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Call Required: Yes
- Night Call: Minimal callbacks
- Weekend Call: Rotational, 1:2 weekends/month
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Rounding: Assigned & unassigned patients
- Board Certified (Radiation Oncology) – Required
- Active Florida License OR IMLC – Accepted
- ACLS – Required
- BLS – Required
- PALS – Required
- Linear Accelerators:
- TrueBeam (2018)

- Brachytherapy: Flexitron HDR Afterloader (2024)
- CT Simulator: Siemens (2015)
- Proton Therapy:
- Mevion S250-FIT Proton Accelerator
- Go-Live: Q2 2026 (experience preferred)
- Software: Eclipse TPS, ARIA OIS, MIM
- ~1,600 new cancer cases annually
