Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No call
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~90 days
Clinical Details:
- Patient Population: Adult
- Average Volume:Outpatient: 30–50 patients/day
- Inpatient: 2–5 patients/day
- EMR: MOSAIQ / EPIC
- Will work alongside 2 full-time Radiation Oncologists
- Support includes 2 APPs
Required Procedures:
- Conventional & 3D Radiotherapy
- SBRT / IMRT / IGRT
- External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IMRT)
- Helical Tomotherapy
- Stereotactic Radiosurgery
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Required Duties:
- Orders tests and imaging
- Prescribes treatment
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Active Michigan License
- BLS
- NPDB report (pulled within last 30 days / 90 days acceptable)
