🩺✨ Medical Oncologist Opportunity – Outpatient Cancer Center
📍 Grand Rapids, MI
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Medical Oncologist (Physician) to support a busy outpatient oncology center. This role focuses primarily on Lung Cancer, with some general/benign hematology coverage as needed. Join a strong, collaborative multi-disciplinary team providing patient-centered cancer care 💙
📆 Schedule
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
📞 Call participation required (approx. 1:5 rotation | weekday phone coverage + weekend rounding with APP support)
👩⚕️ Clinical Details
✔ Adult & Geriatric patient population
✔ Practice mix: ~60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
✔ Average 8–16 clinic patients/day
✔ Hospital census during call: ~22 patients (incl. 4–5 new cases)
✔ Strong APP support (inpatient + outpatient teams)
✔ EMR: Epic
✔ Procedure required: FNA/Biopsy
✔ Tumor Board participation expected

✅ Requirements
📌 Board Certified / Truly Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
📌 Active MI License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
📌 BLS required
