APP Support: 2 APPs provide coverage

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: Mosaiq / EPIC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days
Patient Volume

Outpatient (Clinic): 30–50 patients/day

Inpatient (Rounding): 2–5 patients/day

Submission Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology – REQUIRED
