Join Our Team as a Radiation Oncologist – Make a Difference in Patient Care

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Radiation Oncologist to provide expert care during a critical short-term coverage period. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, ensuring exceptional patient treatment and support. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes during scheduled dates, contributing to our mission of delivering quality oncology services.

Required Skills:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) with current, unrestricted medical license
  • Board-certified or Board-eligible in Radiation Oncology
  • Proven experience in inpatient and outpatient radiation therapy
  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with outpatient radiation treatment planning
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Prior experience in hospital-based oncology services
  • Knowledge of emergency consultation procedures in oncology settings

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Radiation Oncology
  • Prior experience working in hospital or inpatient settings is preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for on-site coverage on February 5 and 6, 2026
  • Ability to work scheduled hours from 0700 to 1500 onsite, weekdays
  • Minimal required on-call/emergency coverage; rare consults outside regular hours
  • Documentation of patient contact hours, including callback hours
  • Compliance with all healthcare regulations, licensure, and safety standards

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
