Required Skills:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
- Proven experience with linear accelerators, specifically Varian TrueBeam
- Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient cancer care
- Familiarity with advanced radiation therapy techniques
- Prior experience in a similar hospital or clinical setting
- Certifications in radiation safety and quality assurance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate (MD or DO)
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in Radiation Oncology
- Prior experience working with Varian TrueBeam systems is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work during scheduled orientation and operational hours starting February 11, 2026
- Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules, including potential overnight call
- Commitment to maintaining continuing education and certifications
- Travel or relocation assistance, including licensure, certification, and other reimbursements, may be available as applicable
