- Need coverage March 9-March 13
- Required procedures: SBRT, SRS (HyperArc), 3D and IMRT
- Clinic coverage only-no call
- Average 20 patients per shift
- Approx. 7 consults, 12-15 follow-ups per week plus OTVs
- Outpatient setting
- 1 RN, 4 office staff
- Aria EMR
- Certifications: BC, BLS, TX license
- 60 day credentialing
- No temporary privileges available
