Adventist Health Portland is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist (MD/DO) to join our growing oncology practice located in beautiful Portland, Oregon. This opportunity is based at Adventist Health Portland, where you’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive care team.
Part time - 0.6FTE (with potential to increase as practice grows)
The ideal candidate will bring clinical strengths and interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Radiosurgery – Expertise in delivering linac based stereotactic radiosurgery to address intracranial disease.
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- Head and Neck Oncology
- Gynecologic Cancers
- Experience with EPIC, Mosaiq, Aria and Eclipse preferred
About the Practice:
Join a collegial and mission-driven cancer care team with a strong referral base and established infrastructure for delivering comprehensive radiation therapy services. You will be part of a dynamic group committed to providing compassionate care in a healing environment. The department has recently installed (2025) a new Siemens wide bore CT simulator with RGSC gating. A new Varian Truebeam is due for installation in Spring 2027 with SRS capabilities. Currently, the department is using an Elekta Infinity linear accelerator.
Candidate Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon
- Must meet Adventist Health Portland’s medical staff credentialing standards
