- Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30a-4p
- Call Schedule: 24-hour shared with one other physician
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Average Number of Outpatient (clinic/office) per day: 10-15
- EMR: Aria and EPIC
- Certifications: BC/BE, MI license or IMLC/LOQ, BLS
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: Med Staff will credential by start date; payer enrollment 120 days
