Locums – Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Radiation Oncologist Job

• Locum job opening

• Seeking a board certified or board eligible Radiation Oncologist

• Schedule: 5 days per week + call

• Outpatient Office Hours:

• M–F, either 8:00a–4:30p, 7:00a–3:30p, or 7:30a–4:00p

• Call: Every other week, in addition to outpatient clinic coverage

• Includes patient calls (rare) and inpatient radiation consults

• Inpatient hospital is 2.2 miles from the radiation oncology department hospital

• Preference: Local/drive-in candidates highly preferred (only 1 flight per month reimbursed)

  Clinical Volumes:

• You'd work alongside another physician Inpatient: 0.25 per day, 0 per night

• Admissions: 0 per day, 0 per night

• Consults: 2 per day, 0.25 per night

• Outpatient: ~30 treatment patients daily

• Cases: 2–3 simulations per day

• Evaluations: 1 per day

• Chart Rounds: Wednesdays, 8:00a

• Network Peer Review: Tuesdays, afternoons

Important Agreement:

• Cancellation Clause: 60-day advance notice required by either party for cancellation or schedule revisions
