Coverage Need Details:
- 5 days wk + call
- OP office is M-F 8-430p, 7-330p or 730a-4p. Call is every other week with simultaneous OP office coverage
***MUST indicate in the presentation
- That provider can take call in addition to regular day shifts
- Is available FT ongoing for a year
Candidates Typical Day
- 2 new consults/ 1-reevaulation/ 2 follow-up patients
- Tuesdays all On-treatment patients are seen by the physician.
- Simulations are scheduled Monday to friday. Typically 2-3 a day.
- Daily review of images.
Call:-
- On-call physicians would be any patient calls, which is rare, and the consultation of inpatients needing radiation. Our
- inpatient hospital is 2.2 miles away from the radiation oncology department hospital

Cancellation Clause:
- Cancellation or revision of confirmed dates require 60 day advance notice for either party
Medical Record Completion in Timely Manner: Payment will be withheld if provider is unable to comply with SHMG medical record completion policy (5 days from DOS).

- two linacs (Trilogy & EDGE Truebeam)
- GE Lightspeed -16 slice-widebore
- AVG 30 treatments per day
- 8-12 avg consults per week-split with second physician
- 2 physicists / 2 dosimetrists / 6 radiation therapists / 3 nurses / 2 front office / 1 financial counselor Practice Setup Information
Procedures:
- 2D & 3D radiation therapy
- IMRT
- IGRT
- DIBH
- SBRT
- SRS
- Brachytherapy for cylinders (typically we don't put the locums on our materials license)
