Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join oncology team in Shreveport, Louisiana. This role offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to advanced technology and a strong multidisciplinary support system.
#### Practice Overview:
Evaluate cancer patients and develop personalized treatment plans
Administer and oversee radiation therapy treatments
Collaborate with medical physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and oncology nurses
Participate in tumor boards and case discussions
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and outcomes
Engage in clinical research and continuous quality improvement initiatives (optional)

Preferred Experience:
Proficiency with advanced techniques: IMRT, SBRT, SRS, IGRT
Familiarity with EMR systems
