Locum Radiation Oncologist – Michigan
Hourly Rate: $300 | Night Call: $376 | 24-Hour On Call: $1,925
Location: Michigan – Free-Standing Cancer Center
Duration: December coverage & ongoing until permanent hire

Practice & Schedule

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Call: 24-hour call, 1:2 ratio (shared with another physician)

Physicians in Practice: 2

Support Staff: 1 NP in clinic

Average Patient Load:
-
Outpatient (clinic): 10–15/day

Inpatient (call/rounding): 0

Population: Adult, hospital-based

Trauma Level: II (affiliated hospital)

Reason for Need: Physician turnover
Clinical Requirements

Required Procedures:

Conventional Radiotherapy

3D Radiotherapy

External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT)

Stereotactic Radiosurgery

SBRT

Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Duties: Ordering tests & imaging, prescribing treatments

EMR: Aria & Epic
Submission Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology – Required

Michigan License or IMLC/LOQ – Required (no exceptions)

BLS Certified – Required

Availability for listed dates – Required
Bill Rates (malpractice included)
