- Dates: 12/22,12/29,1/5,1/12,1/19,2/16,3/2,3/9,3/30,4/1,4/6,4/27,5/1,5/4,5/26,6/1,6/22,6/26,6/29,7/1
- Schedule: 2 days per week, on site coverage. Tuesdays & Wednesdays preferred, but clinic is willing to accommodate different days of the week if needed, Day shift (typical is 800-1630)
- Cases/Procedures: E&M, Consults, Follow-ups, Treatments, Pluvicto if willing
- EMR: EPIC/Dragon
- Certifications: AHA BLS, BC/BE, MI license or IMLC
- Credentialing: 30 days
