Locum Radiation Oncologist – Full-Time | Dubuque, IA | $355/Hour | M–F Outpatient | No Call | 4-Week Assignments
Location: Dubuque, Iowa
Start Date: ASAP (upon credentialing – temp privileges possible in 30–60 days)
Setting: Outpatient Radiation Oncology
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Assignment Structure: Full-time, 4-week blocks only (no time off mid-block)
Call: None
Population: Adults only
Assignment Overview
A respected regional medical center in Dubuque, Iowa is seeking a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist for full-time locum coverage. This position is strictly outpatient with no call responsibilities. Providers must be available for 4-week stretches and ready to start as soon as credentialing is complete.

Outpatient: ~20–25 patients/day (on-treatment, consults, follow-ups)

Inpatient: 0–1/day (rare)

Candidate Requirements
Board Certified in Radiation Oncology – Required
Active Iowa License or IMLC – Must already hold
COVID Vaccination – Required
Available for 4-week assignments – Required
Experience with Aria EMR – Highly Preferred
Local or within driving distance – Highly Preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $355.00/hour
Overtime Rate: $533.00/hour
Holiday Overtime Rate: $800.00/hour
Travel & Lodging: Covered
Licensing & Certification Reimbursement: Provided
