Coverage Needed:

  • Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
  • Full-time coverage - 4 weeks per month
  • Coverage: 2 weeks on per candidate - minimum
  • Provider must be available to work 2-week stretches at a time

Clinical Details:

  • Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
  • No other Radiation Oncologists present during locum tenens coverage
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups, and consults
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient: 0-1
  • Trauma Level: 2
  • Patient Type: Adult
  • EMR: Aria
  • Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temporary privileges, approximately 30-60 days
  • Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy

Requirements:

  • Board Certified - Required
  • Active IA license or Active IMLC - Required for candidates offering 2 on/2 off
  • COVID Vaccine - Required
  • Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing
  • Must be available to offer coverage for 4-week stretches at a time
  • Aria documentation experience - Highly Preferred
  • Local/within driving distance - Highly Preferred
