Coverage Needed:
- Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
- Full-time coverage - 4 weeks per month
- Coverage: 2 weeks on per candidate - minimum
- Provider must be available to work 2-week stretches at a time
Clinical Details:
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 1
- No other Radiation Oncologists present during locum tenens coverage
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups, and consults
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Inpatient: 0-1
- Trauma Level: 2
- Patient Type: Adult
- EMR: Aria
- Credentialing timeframe: Facility can offer temporary privileges, approximately 30-60 days
- Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Requirements:
- Board Certified - Required
- Active IA license or Active IMLC - Required for candidates offering 2 on/2 off
- COVID Vaccine - Required
- Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing
- Must be available to offer coverage for 4-week stretches at a time
- Aria documentation experience - Highly Preferred
- Local/within driving distance - Highly Preferred
