Radiation Oncology Locums Physician - Iowa, No Call
Hospital-based Radiation Oncology assignment in Iowa offering 4-week blocks with no call or weekends.
Highlights
- 4-week minimum blocks; breaks allowed between stretches
- No call or weekend responsibilities
- Temp privileges available; start in 30 to 60 days

Practice Setting
- Hospital outpatient cancer center
- Solo-provider model with full autonomy
- Level II trauma center
- Daily volume: 20 to 25 adult patients, including consults, on-treatment visits, and follow-ups
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Full 4-week commitment required per block
- No PTO allowed during each 4-week stretch
Cases and Procedures
- Photon beam, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, 3D-CRT
- Fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy
- Conventional external beam radiation therapy
Requirements
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology
- Active Iowa license or IMLC with LOQ
- Aria EMR experience highly preferred
Travel Accommodations
- Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed
- Local candidates preferred but not required
