• Support staff: 5 MD, 1 APP
• Coverage Type: hospital
• Schedule Details: Two weeks per month, Mon-Fri; 8a-5p.
Work Details:
• Facility Type: ambulatory clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: epic
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-25
• Patient Age Group: adults
• Procedures: HDR Brachytherapy - required
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d- Radiation Oncology
• State License(s): GA
• Certifications: BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days but considering temp privs for this assignment
Willing To License?: yes, if IMLC eligible
Travel: flight, hotel, rental car, mileage.
