Radiation Oncology Locum position for clinic coverage in Galesburg, IL - no call, holidays or weekends!-$325 Hourly
Start date: March 21, 2025- March 28, 2025
Schedule/Need: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Submission Requirements:
- ACTIVE IL License: REQUIRED
- IL DEA: REQUIRED
- CSR: REQUIRED
- ACTIVE Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within 5 years of residency) : REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice (Due to expedited credentialing): REQUIRED
Position Details:
- 25-30 patients under treatment per day, both locations.
- Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups
- Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult.
- EMR / Charting: EPIC
- Will Candidate Work Solo? Yes
- On Call? No
- Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up. The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
