Our system-wide Radiation Oncology team consists of 3 Physicians who work alongside a robust team of oncologists and other specialists. * Full-time * First Year Pay - $565,800-$611,675 plus RVU bonus potential * Brand-new state-of-the-art Radiation Oncology clinic * Five-day work week * Phone call schedule is 1:3 * Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support * Weekly tumor board and oncology team meetings * Quarterly cancer care committee opportunity * Goal is to grow clinic up to 40 patients per day on treatment and OTV * EPIC Electronic Medical Record * Best in class equipment and software Benefits * Partnership - One-year physician partnership track for US candidates * Generous Healthcare/Vision/Dental Annual Premium paid for provider and family * Up to 11 weeks time off * Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000 * Continuing medical education allowance of $10,000 every two years * Matching 401k upon start, life insurance, long term disability insurance * Signing bonus * Vital Work Life Employee Assistance Program * HEDI: Active Health Equity and Diversity Inclusion program
