**About the Job**
- Provide high-quality radiation oncology services to patients, utilizing advanced treatment modalities including adaptive radiotherapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, proton therapy, and high dose rate brachytherapy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in weekly multi-site chart rounds and continuous peer review and quality assurance processes.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring activities for residents and medical students.
**Qualifications:**
- Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
- Superior training with a strong academic background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proton therapy experience is a plus, but not required.
- Open to both seasoned physicians and residents expecting to graduate in the summer of 2025.
