Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active OH License & DEA - Highly Preferred
- willing to consider IMLC
- BLS
- Flu vaccine
- Covid vaccine - Preferred
- Preferred to be available for all listed dates
- Required Procedures:
- Conventional Radiotherapy
- 3D Radiotherapy
- Photon Beam Radiation Therapy
- Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
- External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
- External Beam Radiation - IGRT
- External Beam Radiation - IMRT
- Required Duties:
