- April 1st – April 5th (Monday – Friday)
- April 8th – April 12th (Monday – Friday)
- Facility #2
- May 6th – 10th (Monday – Friday)
- Coverage needed Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm 8-hour days
- No Call
- Inpatient/Outpatient Setting
- Active TX License or IMLC
- EMR: Epic
