- Dates: ASAP - ongoing
- Must be able to offer FT availability
- Schedule/Shift Times: Mon-Fri 7:30a-5:30p; Weeknight call 5p-7:30a; Weekend call 7a-7p; 24 hr weekend call 7a-7a
- Open to 2 weeks on/off (not preferred) split between two providers
- Mixed diagnostic radiology exams, no procedures
- Typical cases seen: Oncology
- Adults 100%
- EMR: Aria
- Requirements: Active PA license, DEA, BLS, Must be BC (will not accept BE)
- Credentialing: 90 days, Full privs
