JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical center near Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to serve as the Medical Director of this facility. The Department of Radiation Oncology provides a full range of radiation oncology services including IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, 3D conformal radiotherapy, VMAT, CT simulation.
About position:
Potential for a four day work week
Program has a strong diverse referral base
Brand new Eletka Versa HD linear accelerator
Eclipse RTP system with Velocity
System wide shared PACS/EMR/Eclipse/Velocity
In-house/in person full time dosimetry and physics support
Radiation volumes average 15-20 treatments per day
Our providers have access to a proton facility and Gamma Knife facility
