Facility: 338-bed Hospital
Coverage Dates: ASAP - Outpatient Coverage
Schedule: 8:00-16:30; No weekend; No call
Practice Details: Required Procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT
Setting: Outpatient, hospital, EMR: EPIC and Mosaiq documentation systems
Must be OH licensed, BLS, and Board Certified (Will consider IMLC)
Malpractice, travel and credentialing are taken care of on your behalf
