**Radiation Oncology Opening in NY** **Located in Oneonta and Cooperstown, NY** * Full-time, Permanent. * Employed Position. Job Description & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will work as an important member of a multidisciplinary team to provide patient oriented care in an environment that fosters teamwork, collaboration, independence and puts patient safety first. There is a radiation treatment facility at the main campus in Cooperstown and a second satellite facility in Oneonta, NY is 30 minutes away. This position will be primarily based out of Oneonta, NY but patient care rotates through both locations. Future regional travel may include Cobleskill and Herkimer. - Full spectrum of radiation oncology services include: o IMRT, IGRT, 3D conformal therapy, SRS, SBRT, SGRT, low dose and high dose rate brachytherapy, respiratory gating, and radiopharmaceuticals - Equipment at Cooperstown Campus: o Varian TrueBeam, Phillips Big Bore 16-slice CT simulator, Bravos multichannel HDR afterloader, Eclipse planning system and ARIA electronic record and dosimetry services - Equipment in Oneonta: o Varian 23ix and dosimetry services with a long term plan for upgrades - 5 day work week - Salary Range: $500,000 - $630,000. This compensation range represents a good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement.
