Outpatient Medical Oncology locums coverage in Florida with a predictable weekday clinic schedule and manageable patient volume. Light call is shared across the group.
Highlights
- Outpatient clinic only
- Weekday schedule, Monday through Friday
- Template volume capped at 3 new and 8 established patients max
- Light call, approximately 1:6
Practice Setting
- Outpatient medical oncology clinic caring for adult patients
- Team includes 5 physicians and 6 APPs, plus nursing, dietician, navigator, and clerical support
- Coverage need is to backfill due to a departing physician, with several new grads on the team
- Typical outpatient medical oncology duties
Schedule
- Monday through Friday coverage
- Clinic hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Light call shared across the group, approximately 1:6
- Target start is late 2026, with credentialing typically 30 to 60 days
Cases and Procedures
- Medical oncology outpatient visits, new consults and follow ups
- Chemo and immunotherapy management
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- Florida license required, will wait for license with active IMLC LOQ only
